Our Booking Policy

We appreciate your continued trust in our services. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone,
we have established the following appointment booking policy:
Appointments by Request Only:
All consultations and procedures are available by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins or same-day appointments.

Advance Booking Required:
To secure your desired appointment date, please book at least two weeks in advance. This ensures that we can accommodate your needs while providing the best possible care.
Pre-Consultation Requirement:
No treatment procedures will be performed without a prior consultation and examination. This is essential for the safety and effectiveness of your care.
Respect for Time:
We also want emphasise that we don't offer walk-in or waiting facilities. We value both your time and ours. We kindly ask that you adhere to this appointment policy to help us serve you and all our clients more effectively.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least [24/48 hours] notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made within the few hours of the scheduled appointment may incur the 50% of the amount of the time booked.

No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to attend their appointment without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. This policy is in place to respect both my time and that of other clients who might be seeking appointments.

At electrolysis we greatly appreciate our clients and as a small business we know that without YOU there is no US.

As a small business, we rely on having our clients turn up to their booked appointments. Not only so that we can pay your favorite therapist, but also so that we can ensure that the salon can stay open and our bills paid.

When you miss your appointment or don’t give us enough notice that you are unable to attend your booking, it means that the time allocated for your services is a loss to our business and other clients that may have missed out.

To protect our loyal clients, our therapists and loss of business, we have had to adopt this policy to ensure we are able to continue to provide you with the quality and service you have continued to enjoy.

We may use our discretion and waive terms and conditions where we deem necessary.

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments, otherwise the booking deposit will be forfeited.

We understand that this new policy will be an adjustment and we apologize for any confusion, however we feel that if we don’t implement these changes we sadly won’t be able to continue our fabulous work and take care of your beauty and hair removal needs.
